Speakers Wanted!

Lactation Consultants Association of Greater Washington (LCAGW) would like to offer you the opportunity to speak to a wide range of lactation specialist from the Washington DC area.

Our quarterly meetings feature a speaker on a topic directly or indirectly related to lactation and breastfeeding support. This presentation last 1.5 hours.

We provide a $75 honorarium and a multi-media equipped speaking venue.

Our meetings are held at Inova Fairfax Hospital in the Physician Conference Center auditorium.

Please let us know if you would be interested and are available to speak and send a list of your presentation topic options that we could review to Terri Lear, Co-VP.

Prior to the speaking date we would need a CV, outline, goals and objectives so as to arrange for continuing education points for lactation consultants (CERPs). We arrange this through the International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners.
