R-CERPs provided to members at no charge, $15 for non-members

Location: Inova Fairfax Hospital Physician's Conference Center

Directions: From the beltway take Gallows Road West, at Fairfax Hospital turn left into the "Blue" entrance.

Parking: For a $5 fee parking is available in the "Blue" visitor parking garage on your right. Free Parking is in employee lot #11: continue down the *Blue* entrance street, past the visitor parking garage on the right, past the "Physician Conference Center" and the ECC Bldg on the left, past employee lot #1 construction site on the right, to the end of the street just *before* the road curves left there is a sign for Employee Lot #11; turn right as the sign directs, continue past the "Ronald McDonald House" on the right and into Employee Lot #11, the gate should be in the open position.

Enter the "Physician's Conference Center" right side of the double doors and come up the stairs or elevator to the second floor to sign in for attendance and CERPs.
