Co Vice President, Lou Lamb: Continue the quarterly board meetings, as they are important to the success of our mission.
Treasurer, Marilyn Costanzo: Balance $3584.72 less 4 outstanding checks = $3417.99.
Current budget is for the calendar year 2003.

Quarterly Meetings # 9 Treasurer notifies current members of yearly dues. Speakers atall 4 meetings #8 Light refreshments at every meeting –no covered dish

Deb will finalize plans for speaker and conference room setup.
It was decided that we would have the business meeting first, then light refreshments,
followed by the speaker.

LCAGW Web Site
Need new web master. Liz flight expressed interest at the last meeting.
Deb will talk to her, or volunteer herself.

World Breastfeeding Week WBW

Members: Vergie Hughes, Sharon Swinburne, Mary Bright, and Erica Zee
Plan:
Letter/ questionnaire has been sent to 75 companies in the DC Metro Area. We will create plaques and deliver during WBW to each winner.
Board and committee members will deliver. And present.
Questions to be answered: How do we differentiate the answers on the questionnaires i.e. pick the winners? How many winners can we manage? 5?
